3. Refund ke liye Eligible Kaaran

Hum in halaton mein refunds process karenge:

  • Technical Issues: Application aapke device par theek se kaam nahi karti aur technical support se bhi theek nahi ho paati
  • Duplicate Charges: Galti se ek hi subscription ke liye aapse kai baar charge ho gaya
  • Unused License: Aapki license activate nahi hui aur use nahi hui
  • False Advertising: Application ki performance advertise kiye gaye features se match nahi karti

4. Non-Refundable Halat

In cases mein refund nahi diya jayega:

  • Eligibility period khatam hone ke baad ki gayi request
  • Subscription period ka aadhe se zyada hissa use ho chuka ho
  • Hamari Terms of Service ka ullanghan
  • Bina kisi technical kaaran ke mann badalna
  • Device minimum requirements poori nahi karta (Root + Xposed Framework)
  • Baar-baar refund requests jo possible policy abuse darshati hain

5. Refund kaise Request karein

6. Refund Processing

Jab aapki refund request approve ho jaati hai:

  • Refunds 5-10 business days ke andar process hote hain
  • Refunds original payment method par diye jaate hain
  • Refund poora hone par aapki license deactivate kar di jayegi
  • Refund process hone par aapko ek confirmation email milega

7. Partial Refunds

Kuch halaton mein, hum apne vivek se partial refunds de sakte hain. Ye un situations par lagu hota hai jinmein shaamil hai:

  • Subscription period ka partial usage
  • Khaas technical issues jo functionality ko limit karte hain
  • Vishesh halat jinhe case-by-case aadhaar par review kiya jaata hai

8. Subscription Cancellation

Aap apni subscription kabhi bhi apni account settings se cancel kar sakte hain. Kyunki subscriptions auto-renew nahi hoti, aapke paas current period khatam hone tak access rahega. Cancellation par bache hue period ke liye koi refund nahi diya jaata.
